摘　　要：用HPLC测定方法对白芍配方颗粒中芍药苷的含量进行测定,该方法具有操作简便、准确、回收率好、精密度、重现性高、分析快速的优点,可作为白芍配方颗粒中芍药苷的定量分析和质量控制方法.Object To determine HPLC method. The method is producible and may be used in and preparation. the content of paeoniflorin in Paeoniae radix chinensis formula granules by simple and accurate, good separating degree. The results are sensitive and rethe quality control of paeoniflorin in Paeoniae radix chinensis formula granules
