摘　　要：运动疗法是治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病的基本方法之一.通过文献综述法,从运动对脂肪因子、抗氧化酶活性、胰岛素受体及葡萄糖转运载体等因素的影响方面,分析了运动对Ⅱ型糖尿病的影响机制.旨在为这一领域的进一步研究提供参考,也为今后利用科学的体育锻炼手段防治疾病提供理论依据.Kinesitherapy is one of the basic ways to treat the type Ⅱ diabetes. Through the means of literatural review, it analyse the mechanism of exersice affect to type type Ⅱ diabetes from the fat factor, antioxidant enzyme activity,insulin receptor and glucose transport. To designed to provide reference for the further research in the branch of learning, and to offer the theoretic basis for make use of the scientific means of physical exercise to prevent disease as well as.
