白术茯苓不同极性部位对酪氨酸酶活性影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:考察白术茯苓不同极性部位提取物对酪氨酸活性的影响。方法:用多巴色素法进行测定,以酶促反应曲线斜率评价对酪氨酸的抑制作用。结果:得到不同斜率的酶促曲线。结论:酶促反应曲线开始阶段有较好线性,可作为评价指标;白术、茯苓的水提部位对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制作用较好(P<0.01),茯苓石油醚和氯仿提取物也有抑制作用(P<0.05)。Objective： To evaluate the effects of Atractylodes Rhizoma and Poria, frequently used to treat cholasma, on the activity of tyrosinaso. Methods： The catalytic effect on tyresinase was determined by vision speetrephotometry so as to evaluate the down regulation of the extracts of Atractylodes Rhizoma and Poria. Results： Various time - absorption graphs with various slopes were obtained.＇ Conclusion： The standard deviation of the linearities is very small. And Atractylodes Rhizoma and Poria, especially their extracts, can down- regulate the activity of tyresinase （P 〈 0.01）.
