摘　　要：提出一种使用本体描述禽流感科学数据网格中有效资源的方法,使用户获得期望的操作,以形成通用领域词汇的资源描述的语法和语义。然后,针对网格面向服务的体系结构,构建一个基于本体的网格服务。这样,用户和应用程序之间通过基于本体的服务直接交互,改善了对资源的选择和使用,提高了网格资源和服务的访问透明性。A novel method of ontology-based resources description for AI-SDG （ Avian Influenza-Scientific Data Grid） is proposed. This method enables users to have desirable operations and describes resource syntax and semantics that form vocabulary of common domain. Con- sidering the service-oriented feature in grid architecture, an ontology-based grid service is implemented. Thus, users and applications can interact directly with the ontology-based service. The use and selection of resources are improved, and the access transparency of grid resources and services is enhanced.
