摘  要:以Mn2O3、NiO和Li2CO3为原料采用固相法制备了Li1.005Mn1.995-xNixO4,并与LiMn2O4进行比较。X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究表明:Li1.005Mn1.995-xNixO4(x≤0.1)具有尖晶石结构,锂镍复合掺杂改善了LiMn2O4的微观颗粒形貌,提高了颗粒的分散度。充放电结果显示:锂镍复合掺杂有效抑制了电化学容量衰减,其中Li1.005Mn1.99Ni0.005O4具有较高的初始比容量和较好的循环性能。Li1.005Mn1.995-xNixO4 was prepared with Mn2O3, NiO and Li2CO3 by solid-state route, and properties of Li1.005Mn1.995-xNixO4 were compared with those of LiMn2O4. X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy analysis indicates that Li1.005Mn1.995-xNixO4 (x ≤ 0.1) exhibits a cubic spinel structure, morphologies of the particles improve, and decentralization enhances. Charge-discharge cycle performance indicates that Li1.005Mn1.995-xNixO4 is a promising cathode material for its high specific capacity and excellent cycle performance.
