工艺条件对Pt/CA甲醇电氧化催化性能的影响

摘  要:以炭气凝胶(CA)为载体,采用液相浸渍还原法制备了Pt/CA催化剂,对比研究了各种制备工艺条件包括还原温度、热处理和还原剂种类对Pt/CA催化剂甲醇电氧化催化性能的影响。结果表明:当以HCHO为还原剂时,80℃比60℃更有利于制得结晶完好、电化学活性表面积大的高活性甲醇电氧化催化剂,热处理不仅不能改善该催化剂的甲醇电氧化催化性能,反而使其中的Pt颗粒团聚长大、电化学活性表面积降低、甲醇电氧化催化性能下降;与HCHO相比,乙二醇作为还原剂更有利于制得电化学活性表面积大、甲醇电氧化催化活性高的Pt/CA催化剂。Pt/CA catalysts were prepared by impregnation method using carbon aerogels (CA) as carrier. Various preparation technical conditions, including reduction temperature, heat treatment and reductant, were investigated comparatively. The results show that, using HCHO as reductant, 80 ℃ is more favorable than 60 ℃ for preparation of methanol electro-oxidation catalyst with fine crystallization and large electrochemical active surface, heat treatment can not improve catalytic activity due to the resulted enlargement of Pt particles but decreases electrochemical active surface area. In addition, compare with HCHO, glycol (EG) is more effective for preparing Pt/CA catalyst with large electrochemical active surface area and high catalytic activity of methanol electro-oxidation.
