摘  要:研究了以含水85%的油/水型微乳液(OP/正丁醇/正庚烷/水=10:4:1:85)为介质,2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯酚(5-Br-PADAP)为显色剂,采用分光光度法测定钢样中的锰(Ⅱ),最大吸收波长位于568nm处,表观摩尔吸收系数ε568=1.178×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。锰(Ⅱ)在0~8μg/10ml范围内服从比尔定律,采用联合掩蔽剂消除了镍(Ⅱ)、铜(Ⅱ)、钛(Ⅱ)、锌(Ⅱ)等离子的干扰,测定了抚顺钢厂的38CrMoAl、45#钢样中的锰(Ⅱ),其RSD为0.72%、0.37%。加标平均回收率分别为101.31%、97.85%。该方法灵敏度高,选择性好,结果满意。Mn(Ⅱ) in steel samples was determined by spectrophotometry using oil/water solution (containing 85% water) microemulsion as buffer and 2-(5-Br-2-pyridylazo)-5-dethylaminophenol(5-Br-PADAP) as coloring system. In microemulsion-NH3 H2O-NH4Cl buffer solution, Mn(Ⅱ) and 5-Br-PADAP formed a steady complex compound. The maxinum absorption of the compound was at 568nm. Beer's law was obeyed when the content of Mn(Ⅱ) was in the range of 0-8μg/10mL. The apparent absorption coefficient was 1.17 × 10^5L /(mol ·cm). The interference of Ni^2+, Cu^2+, Ti^2+ ,Cd^2+ and Zn^2+ ions was eliminated by combined suppressor of dimethylglyoxime, sodium fluoride and citric acid. Mn(Ⅱ) in samples of 38CrMoAl steel and 45 # steel (produced by Fushun Steelworks) were determined. The RSDs were 0. 72% and 0. 37% , and the recoveries were 103. 31% and 97. 85% for 38CrMoAl steel and 45 # steel, respectively.
