摘  要:将没有双亲性的电荷转移配合物TMB.TCNQ(TMB:3,3′,5,5-′Tetramethylbenzidine;TCNQ:7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane)通过与硬脂酸混合组装制备了混合LB膜。TMB.TCNQ和硬脂酸的摩尔比例在1∶1,1∶2和1∶3的情况下都可以成功进行组装。利用紫外-可见-近红外光谱、透射和掠角反射红外光谱、X射线衍射以及原子力显微镜研究了混合LB膜中各组分的结构、分子取向和表面形貌等。研究结果表明,混合LB膜中的TMB.TCNQ是混合堆积排列的,电荷转移度ρ约为0.35。配合物中的电子给体TMB和电子受体TCNQ分子的苯环平面都垂直于基底表面。硬脂酸的碳氢长链以一定角度倾斜于基底表面。混合LB膜的小角X射线衍射图中出现了两组衍射峰。混合比例为1∶1的单层和多层LB膜中出现纳米棒和微粒,而且,纳米棒和粒子的数量随着LB膜层数的增加而增多。Mixed LB films of the CT complex of TMB · TCNQ and stearic acid (SA) were prepared. The structures, molecular orientation and morphology of the mixed LB films were characterized by IR, UV-Vis-NIR, XRD and AFM. Our results show that TMB · TCNQ could be deposited on solid substrates by mixing with SA. The complex is mixed-stack, and the degree of charge transfer is 0. 35. The chromophore planes of both TCNQ and TMB are perpendicular to the substrate surface and the hydrocarbon chain of SA is inclined at an angle with respect to the substrate surface. There are two kinds of diffraction bands in the XRD spectra, and they probably arise from SA and TMB · TCNQ, respectively. The morphology of mono- and multilayer mixed LB films with molar ratio 1 : 1 consists of many nanorods and particles, and the amount of nanorods and particles increase with increasing the number of monolayers.
