摘 要:采用透射电镜技术对水稻叶片对稻瘟菌侵入反应进行研究。结果表明,接种18h后,非亲和组合中被侵细胞的细胞质膜内陷,细胞质壁分离,表现出典型的抗病反应,而在亲和组合中,叶肉细胞仍保持正常状态。接种40h后,无论是亲和组合还是非亲和组合,水稻细胞的线粒体绝大部分已遭破坏而解体;叶绿体也受到一定程度的破坏,但非亲和性组合中叶绿体受破坏的程度明显轻于亲和组合的,说明抗瘟水稻品种叶片细胞的叶绿体比感病品种的叶绿体更能抵抗稻瘟菌的破坏。The change of the rice leaf infected by Magnaporthe grisea was observed by using transmission electronic microscopy. The results indicated that membranes of resistant host cell crimpled and separated from cell wall at 18 h after inoculation, showing typical resistant reaction. In compatible combination, however, the cells remained normal. At 40 h of inoculation, most of mitochondria had been seriously injured and disintegrated in both compatible and incompatible combinations. The chloroplasts were also injured to a given extent, but the injury on the resistant host was lighter than that on the susceptible ones, suggesting that chloroplasts from the resistant host had higher endurance ability than those from the susceptible host.
