摘　　要：本文论述了计算机网络安全现状及网络所面临的威胁和攻击，Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ网上采用的几种主要的安全措施和常用的网络安全产品，提出一种基于用户验证的安全技术，以克服基于ＩＰ地址的安全技术上的缺陷。同时，提出在公用网上建立安全的专用网模型。This paper describes state of development and attack in computer network security techniques.Then a few main security methods of Internet are discussed.Finally,a security technique based user authentication and a project establishing virtual privacy network through Internet are proposed.
