摘　　要：PCI总线是当今计算机的主流I/O总线,具有高传输率、支持DMA操作、即插即用等性能。本文介绍了PCI总线的特点和工作原理,提出了PCI总线DAQ卡的设计原理,以及Windows环境下DLL驱动软件的设计和实现方法;结合基于PCI总线的DAQ卡的研制,讨论了对这种硬件在不同的实际测控系统中的应用。PCI BUS is the mainstream I/O bus for the computers nowadays. It has high transmission rate, and supports DMA and plug ＆ play technology. The characteristics and working principles of the PCI bus are presented here. the design principles of PCI bus DAQ card and realization of DLL driving software for Windows are achieved, combined the research of DAQ card based on PCI bus, discussing the practical applications of these pieces of hardware in different kinds of measure and control systems.
