摘　　要：基于TD-SCDMA的数字集群系统是GT800第二阶段的标准,其中增加了直通模式的概念.由于直通模式中终端直接通信,缺乏中心设备,终端间的时钟同步就成为了直通模式中最关键的问题.本文根据直通通信模式的特点,提出了一种新的时间同步方案,该方案实现简单、同步速度快且体现了集群通信中节点间优先级的特点.The digital trunking system based on TD-SCDMA which includes DMO （Direct Mode Operate）is the second phase of GT800.There is no central equipments, so clock-synchronous among terminals is the key point in DMO.In this paper, we propose a method of clock-synchronous according to the features of DMO.The method is simple for achievement, fast for getting to synchronous and indicates the concept of priority in trunking system.
