摘 要:文中提出了一种新的自动再生式干燥器设计方法。该方法基于机载环控系统气流压力与外界大气间有一定压力差值的事实,利用高精度压差传感器感受不同的压力差值,用此差值控制机械和电子组件,完成对密封情况下的自动再生除潮,通过对气体流量和气路的理论计算,确定在除潮口面积为0.6522 mm2时,可以保证在不同的飞行高度下系统可靠工作。A new design of auto-regenerative dryer was introduced in this paper. Based on the fact that there is certain pressure difference between the onboard environment control system and the atmosphere, this method used high precision differential pressure sensor to get the different pressure value, then controled machanical and electronic components to accomplish the auto-regenerative drying in sealed environment according to that value. Through the theoretical calculation of the gas flow and the gaspath, it was concluded that when the dryer valve area is 0.6522 mm^2, the dryer can work reliably in different flight heights.
