摘 要:将ADAMS和ANSYS相结合,完成了整体自装卸车的仿真分析。利用ADAMS建立整体自装卸车的虚拟样机模型,并对装卸过程进行仿真分析,给出了主要构件所受的载荷数据,然后利用ADAMS给出的载荷数据在ANSYS中对主要构件进行有限元分析和研究,给出了应力分布。在应力计算的基础上,对薄弱环节进行了设计调整,从而改进了整体自装卸车的设计。研究成果对新的设计方法的使用具有参考作用。The simulation and analysis of Palletized Lading System (PLS) were achieved by uniting ANSYS and ADAMS in this paper. The virtual prototype was built in ADAMS, thereby it can be simulated the course of load-and-unload and the load forced on the major components. Availing of the load, this paper gave the process of FEA and obtained the consequential distribution of stress on the concerned parts of the system. According the results of FEA, some unreasonable parts were exposed and improved. Thus the design of the whole PLS was improved. The research of this paper provided a reference for the application of this new design method.
