摘 要:采用蝗虫微孢子虫与昆虫生长调节剂互补应用技术治理海南省蝗害。结果发现,蝗虫中高密度条件下,互补应用技术用药早期虫口减退率较单用化学农药低,而2~3周后,其持续控制蝗虫效果较单用化学农药明显;互补应用比例对控制蝗虫效果无显著影响,而微孢子虫施用比例较高时,其持续控制蝗害效果较好。此项技术对海南蝗虫的控制效果较好,对指导海南蝗虫综合治理有重要意义。The technology of complementary application of Nosema locustae Canning and insect growth regulator Cascade was used for controlling Locusts and grasshoppers in Hainan. The results showed that under high density of locust population complimentary application of N. locustae and Cascade had a lower controlling effect on locust population than single use of pesticides in 2 two weeks, but higher after 2 weeks. The application ratio of N. locustae and Cascade failed to have marked impacts on controlling locusts, but the sustainable controlling effect was much better when N. locustae was applied at a higher ratio. The results are important for developing integrated management of locusts and grasshoppers in Hainan Province.
