准噶尔盆地“十五”以来原油储量构成及增长趋势分析  

Analysis on Crude Oil Reserves Composition and Its Growth Tendency in Junggar Basin Since Tenth Five-Year Plan Period

摘　　要："十五"以来,准噶尔盆地由于油气勘探的不断深化和勘探难度的增加,预探提交的储量逐年减少,而滚动勘探提交的储量逐年增加。2001—2006年的6年间,预探新增的探明储量占总探明储量的比例由86.35%下降为44.51%,平均为65.20%;而滚动勘探新增探明储量占总探明储量的比例则由13.65%上升为55.49%,平均为34.80%。产能建设中,6年间预探提供储量所建产能占总产能的比例由50.90%降至11.57%,平均为43.55%;对应滚动勘探提供储量所建产能占总产能的比例由49.10%上升为88.43%,反映了储量构成和变化的新特点。在上述储量变化规律的基础上,从历史的角度总结了盆地储量增长与勘探战略之间的关系,结合储量中长期预测成果,对未来储量增长趋势和勘探开发战略进行了分析,指出加强预探仍是当前勘探开发战略的重中之重。Since the Tenth Five-Year Plan period,because the oil and gas exploration got more difficult in Junggar Basin,reserves based on pre- exploration have decreased,however,the reserves based on rolling exploration have increased year on year.The incremental discovered reserves based on pre-exploration accounted for 44.51% of the total discovered reserves declining from 86.35% from 2001 to 2006,and the average proportion was 65. 20%.While the incremental discovered reserves based on rolling exploration accounted for 55.49% rising from 13.65%,and the average proportion was 34.80%.During the period,the proportion of the productivity based on pre-exploration to the total productivity was 11.57% declining from 50.90%,and the average proportion was 43.55%.However,the proportion of the productivity based on rolling exploration to the total productivity rose to 88.43% from 49.10%,which showed the new characteristics of reserves composition and change.The relationship between reserves growth and exploration strategies is concluded from the historical perspectives on the basis of summarizing the rules of reserves change mentioned above.Combining with the medium and long term reserves predicting results,the growth tendency and the exploration and development strategies of future reserves are analyzed. To strengthen pre-exploration is critical to the current strategies of exploration and development.
