摘　　要：由于时间和资料限制,海外项目有时无法按公司勘探规范要求的评价方法快速进行,目前国内尚没有看到对海外项目进行快速评价的系统方法。通过对项目勘探开发不同程度进行分类,提出不同项目需要采取不同的评价方法,确定了技术评价和经济评价的核心内容,能够在保证成果质量的情况下大大提高评价速度。Sometimes overseas projects can not be rapidly evaluated according to the standards of oil and gas exploration made by the company due to time and data limits.Currently there is no such a systematic method in China.Overseas projects can be classified into several types based on the degree of exploration and development.It is proposed that different types of projects need evaluation methods.Once the key issues of technical and economical evaluation are confirmed,the working speed will be considerably improved and the quality of evaluation will be guaranteed.
