摘  要:以六方氮化硼(h-BN)为氮源,利用机械球磨Fe和h-BN的方法制备Fe-N非晶和六方结构ε-FexN合金,估算ε-FexN合金中N含量随球磨时间的变化,并研究两种合金在球磨过程中的形成机制和结构转变规律.利用Mossbauer谱和振动样品磁强计对Fe-N非晶和ε-FexN合金的磁性进行表征,得到了ε-FexN合金磁性能随N含量的增加由铁磁转变为顺磁的变化规律,并阐明了样品的矫顽力随球磨时间变化的规律和机制.With hexagonal BN (h-BN) as nitrogen source, an amorphous Fe-N alloy and ε-FexN alloy with hexagonal structure were prepared by mechanical milling of Fe and h-BN. The nitrogen content change was estimated in the ε-FexN alloy with milling time. We investigated the formation mechanisms and the law of structural transformation about the two kinds of alloys. Magnetic properties of the amorphous Fe-N alloy and 8ε-FexN alloy were described by Mossbauer patterns and magnetometer of vibration samples. The results show that the magnetic property of ε-FexN alloy changed from ferromagnetisium to paramagnetisium with N content increasing. The article elaborates on the law and mechanisms of the change of coercivity with boll milling time.
