烧伤方对实验性小鼠烫伤创面愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的观察烧伤方对实验性小鼠烫伤创面愈合的影响。方法小鼠随机分为空白组、烧伤方组、京万红组,每组12只。造成Ⅱ度烫伤模型,给予相应处理,观察小鼠背部皮肤结痂时间和创面愈合时间,并取创面作病理分析。结果烧伤方可明显降低小鼠背部烫伤皮肤结痂及愈合的时间,且愈合程度较空白组好。结论烧伤方对实验小鼠烫伤创面愈合有显著促进作用。Objective：To observe the effect of Shaoshang Prescription on the wound healing in experimental scalded mice.Methods：36 mice were randomly divided into blank,Shaoshang Prescription and Jingwanhong groups with 12 mice in each.The deep second degree scald model on mice of each group were established.By dermal application,to observe the scab forming time and healing time of the scald wound,and to take the wound for clinical pathological analysis.Results：Shaoshang Prescription could significantly promote the healing of the deep sceond degree scald wound of mice and could shorten the scab forming time and healing time.The healing was better than blank group.Conclusion：Shaoshang Prescription can significantly promote the mice＇s experimental scald wound healing.
