摘　　要：热轧时采用工艺润滑，不仅能改善钢板的表面质量、减少辊耗，而且对后续的冷轧工序也有明显的改善。分析了热轧工艺润滑对轧辊磨损及对热轧钢板表面质量的影响，并计算了热轧工艺润滑的经济效益。Technological lubricaion in hot rolling can not only improve surface quality of steel plate,reduce roll consumption but also improve the downward cold rolling process,analyzing the effect of technological lubrication of hot rolling process on roll wear and surface quality of steel plate and calculating its economic benefits.
