摘　　要：社会主义是中国人民走向共同富裕的必由之路,中国共产党是中国特色社会主义事业的领导核心。中国共产党必须始终坚持立党为公、执政为民的理念,始终做到权为民所用、情为民所系、利为民所谋,不断密切与群众的血肉联系,解决好"为谁执政"的问题。中国共产党必须坚持科学执政、民主执政、依法执政的理念,解决好"如何执政"的问题。中国共产党必须珍惜、使用、保护和培育执政的合法性资源,解决好"因何执政"的问题。Socialism is the only way along which the Chinese nation can march into prosperity. The Communist Party of China is the leading core of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics. The CPC must invariably adhere to the belief of establishing the Party for justice and governing for people; it must invariably manage to ensure that power should be used for the people, care should be taken well for the people, and welfare should be made for the people; and it must strengthen the blood-flesh connection between the masses and itself. It must be clear of For Whom it rules. The CPC must adhere to the belief of exercising power scientifically, democratically and legally, and bear in mind the question of How to exercise power. The CPC must value, use, protect and foster the lawful resources for administration and remember Why to Rule.
