摘　　要：在高等教育事业快速发展的大环境下,河西学院图书馆以教学评估、新馆建设为契机,以现代化新馆舍建设为平台,树立新理念,提升服务水平,把新图书馆建设成为现代化、数字化图书馆,成为河西的图书文献信息中心。Along with the fast development of higher education, local universities are building new types of libraries. Hexi University has sets up new standards for building its new library, aiming at improving its service quality. The university has planned to change its now library into a modern and digital one so that it can become an information center in the region.
