摘　　要：战时军法,是宋代军法体系中一项极其重要的内容。其内容涉及行军与作战的方方面面,十分丰富、具体。在《武经总要》中,保存着现在所能看到的一部最为完备的宋代战时军法——"罚条"。除此之外,根据军政形势,宋代政府不仅重申旧法,而且适时增添新法。宋代战时军法的基本精神是战时量刑严于平时,这也体现了军事法规与一般行政法规的不同特点。The wartime military law is an extremely important component in the system of the military law in the Song Dynasty. Its contents are very abundant and specific, and concern marching and fighting in all sides. Wujing Zongyao compiled by the government is a piece of significant military work in the Song Dynasty. It preserves an extant and most perfect wartime military law - ＂Fa Tiao＂. In addition, with the changes of the military and political situation, the Song government not only reaffmned contents of some codes, but also added new military codes at right moment. The measurement of penalty in wartime is sterner than in normal time, what is the capital essence of wartime military law in the Song Dynasty. It embodies the different peculiarity between the military codes and the general administrative codes.
