道化学火灾爆炸指数评价法在合成氨装置转化工序安全性评价中的应用

摘　　要：从物质因素和工艺因素两个方面探讨了道化学火灾、爆炸危险指数法对某化肥厂合成氨装置转化工序进行安全评价的适用性,并对该工序进行了安全评价,得出其安全措施补偿前后的火灾、爆炸指数(F&E I)和危险暴露面积、危害系数、危险等级、实际可能财产损失等指数。评价结果表明安全预防措施可以有效降低转化工序的风险程度。In two aspects of material and process, the paper discuss the applicability of Dow＇s Fire ＆ Explosion Index Method on safety evaluation on reforming section of a chemical fertilizer plant, and do safety evaluation on the reforming section. Indexes are got , such as fire indexes, explosion indexes F＆EI and danger exposure area before and after safety compensation , danger indexes and degree, property loss degree, and so on. The result of safety evaluation expounds that safety prevention matching measures can reduce the risk degree of reforming section.
