摘　　要：张家口市把生态建设作为打造环境优势，提高全市经济综合竞争力的突破口，提出了全面实施“生态兴市”的战略，加快创建“绿色张家口”的构思。针对张家口市主城区生态环境的现状，规划了张家口城市森林的建设目标，组织实施了以“增绿添彩”为主要工程的城市森林建设攻坚战，构筑起“城在林中，人在绿中”的理想城市发展格局，力争将张家口建成生态型、园林式、现代化山水城市。Taking ecological construction as the breakthrough of developing environmental advantages and en- hancing economic competitiveness, Zhangjiakou City has implemented the strategy of' Invigorating the City Through Ecology' and planned to further promote the idea of' Green Zhangjiakou'. Based on the current situation of the ecological environment of the main city block, Zhangjiakou has set the goal of building itself into an ecological-friendly city with the garden style and modern landscape.
