自然妊娠五胞胎救治及早期生长发育跟踪研究

摘　　要：目的研究我省首例自然妊娠五胞胎围生期临床特点及早期生长发育指标。方法回顾分析五胞胎临床资料,总结五胎儿救治经过及早期生长发育随访情况。结果本组五胞胎2男3女为低体重或极低体重儿,生活能力低下,二婴并发重症肺炎、呼吸衰竭,五婴并发胎粪性便秘、高胆红素血症,住院33天,全部健康成活,跟踪随访6个月,生长发育指标完全正常。结论加强围生期保健,成立救治小组,制定预案,严格实施《早产儿管理指南》专人全程喂养指导及跟踪随访是本例五胞胎救治成功及生长发育正常的关键。Objective To study the clinical feature about perinatal period and the indexes of early growth of spontaneous pregnant quintuplets in our province. Methods The clinical information of the quintuplets were retrospective analysed, sum up the therapeutic process and the following - up of early growth and development in quintuples. Results The set of quintuplets,including 2 boys and 3 girls were low or very low birth weight ,with low living abilities. The second child was complicated with severe neonatal pneumonia and respiratory failure. The fifth was complicated with meconium constipation and hyperbilirubinemia. After 33 clays of treatment,all were survival,and followed up to 6 months,the indexes of growth and development in the quintuples,overall caught - up normal range. Conclusion The remedial success and normal growth of the quintuplet were con- tributed to emphasis care health of perinatal period, establish remedy team, formulate draft scheme, enforce＂ Guidelines for management of premature infants＂ ,guide individually in feeding and follow-up visit.
