切开双挂线对口引流术治疗蹄铁型肛周脓肿36例临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析切开双挂线对口引流术治疗蹄铁型肛周脓肿的临床疗效。方法将72例蹄铁型肛周脓肿患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各36例,观察组采取"切开双挂线对口引流"术式,对照组采取"放射状多切口挂线引流"术式。对两组近期疗效:术后疼痛、术后排尿、创面明显渗血、创面平均愈合时间及治愈率;远期疗效:肛门湿疹、缺损、排便异常及复发等指标进行观察。结果观察组与对照组比较,术后疼痛时间、创面愈合时间短,肛门后遗症发生率低(P<0.05)。术后复发率两组相比统计学无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论切开双挂线对口引流术治疗蹄铁型肛周脓肿疗效显著。Objective To analyse the therapeutic effects of incision with double - thread - drawing drainage procedure in the treatment of horseshoe - shaped perianal abscess. Methods 70 cases with horseshoe - shaped perianal abscess were randomly divided into observing group （n= 36 ） who received a therapy of incision combined with double thread - drawing drainage and control group（ n = 36） who had a procedure of multiple incision - thread - drawing drainage in medial shape. The short - term postoperative complications and long - term postoperative complications were observed and compared between the two groups. Resuits The lasting time of post - operative pain,the healing time of incision and the incidence of anal sequelae were less in the observing group than those in the control group（ P 〈0.05）, but there was no significant difference in postoperative recurrence among the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions There a significant curative effect in the treatment for horseshoe - shaped perianal abscess by the procedure of incision and double thread - drawing drainage.
