内镜下鼻腔结构重塑治疗鼻源性头痛疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨内镜下重塑鼻腔解剖异常治疗鼻源性头痛的疗效。方法对28例鼻源性头痛患者术前行鼻内镜检查和CT扫描,发现鼻腔一个或多个解剖结构异常,内镜下实施矫正重塑。结果28例患者手术均纠正了解剖结构异常,鼻腔通气恢复正常,头痛症状消失。结论内镜下矫正重塑鼻腔解剖结构异常,治疗由其导致的鼻源性头痛,达到良好效果。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy for rhingenous headache resulting form reconstructing nasal anatomy under endoscope. Methods Twenty - eight cases of rhinologic headache were examined by nasal endoscopy and CT scan. We found that various abnomal anatomy exist in the all patients. The nasal abnormality were corrected by nasal endoscopic surgery. Result Twenty - eight cases nasal abnormality are all reconstructed. Symptoms of headache of all patients was disappeared and there is no complication occurred. Conclusion The reconstructing the nasal anatomy under endoscope is safe and effective for treatment of rhinogenous headache.
