摘 要:提出一种基于双绕组反激变压器的单级Buck-Boost逆变器。该逆变器仅使用三个开关器件,结构简单,可靠性高。由于只经过一级能量变换,损耗小,效率高,并且利用谐振环节实现所有开关的零电流开通(ZCS),减少了开关损耗,进一步提高了效率。基于能量平衡的原理,对所提逆变器采用SPWM控制方法,得到高质量的正弦电压。设计并实现了一台1 kW的原理样机,实验结果充分验证了所提逆变器的正确性和有效性。A single-stage Buck-Boost inverter which is based on double-winding fly-back transformer is proposed. The inverter contains only three switches, and its structure is very simply, so it has high reliability. Also it has low loss and high efficiency, because there is only one power stage in this inverter. And all the switches for turn-on at zero current witching (ZCS) by a res- onant tank, so that the switching loss is reduced and system effi- ciency is further improved. Based on input-output power balance principle, SPWM control method is employed to optimize the in- verter performance. A design example of 1 kW inverter is real- ized to assess the inverter performance and it verifies the validity and effectiveness of the proposed inverter.
