摘　　要：介绍中国社会康复工作的历史,现状和存在的主要问题;总结了中国社会康复工作的主要经验;认为个案管理是做好社会康复工作的基础和主要模式,社会化、全方位的工作方法是做好社会康复工作的有力手段,领导的重视及支持是做好社会康复工作的重要保障。探讨了中国社会康复工作未来的发展问题。The historical, status and issues of rehabilitation social work were introduced. The main experience of rehabilitation social work in China was summarized. Case by case management was the basic and main mode on rehabilitation social work. Sodalize and all round working was an effective way of rehabilitation social work and leadership development was an important grantee of rehabilitation social work. Rehabilitation social work further development was mentioned.
