33例住院病人跌倒的原因调查与分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对某医院住院病人跌倒的原因调查与分析,探索有效防范住院病人意外跌倒的对策。方法:查阅某医院护理部、医疗纠纷接待中心、病史室相关记录和资料,统计出2002年1月至2007年3月该院跌倒的住院病人。对本组病例年龄、性别、地点、病情等数据用Excel工作表进行两次输入、分类汇总,并运用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析。结果:本组33例住院跌倒病人70岁以上占70%,50～69岁占24%;女性多于男性为1∶2;跌倒由环境、护理等外在因素和疾病、药物副作用、心理等内在因素所致。结论:高龄尤其是女性病人,并患有多种疾病是跌倒高危人群和防控重点对象。Objectives： To analyze inpatient tumble causing and find a way to prevent inpatient tumbling. Method： Tumbling cases in Jan, 2002 to Mar.2007 were found by consulting patients＇ records in nursing department, medical dispute reception center and the medical record room in one hospital. 33 cases were found. Patients＇ age, gender, tumbling place and disease were analyzed. Data were double inputted with Excel and analyzed with SPSSI0.0. Results： tumbling patients above 70 years old occupied 70%, 50 69 years old to account for 24%~ the rate of female to male was 1：2. Outside factors caused tumbling were environment and nursing, inside factors were sickness, side effect of medicine and psychology. Conclusions： Senile, specially female senile patient and serious disease were the high risk group needed key prevention.
