摘　　要：为进一步培养护理管理人才,使护理管理更科学有效,护理部实施新护士长培训,包括集中理论学习、实践指导、针对性谈话,加快了新护士长角色行为转变,提高了护理质量,为保证护理安全奠定了良好的基础。To training nursing human resource and make nursing management more effectiveness, nursing department organized new head nurse training. Training content included theory, practice and in depth interview. The training project promoted new head nurse behavior transformation and improved nursing quality. It was the basic of nursing safety management.
