摘 要:通过试验对铁基SMA(shape memory alloy)螺母防松摩擦力矩的三个来源和静态防松性能分别进行了测定,从试验的角度证明了这种螺母的防松性能。随恢复处理温度的升高,铁基SMA螺母的防松效果越好;当恢复温度为500℃时,径向恢复摩擦力矩对总的摩擦力矩的贡献达到33.66%,总的防松摩擦力矩则比普通螺母提高了80.37%,与理论分析的结果基本相近,可见这种新型螺母具有很好的防松性能。研究结果还表明:在常温下,铁基SMA螺母与普通螺母的预紧力矩与防松摩擦力矩均基本符合理论上的0.8倍关系。By experiments, three sources of the antilock friction moment and the static antilock friction performance on the Fe-based SMA locknut were tested separately, as a result the feasibility of the new-type nut was proved. The results show that the anti-loosing performance becomes better with the increasing of the recovering treatment temperature. When the recovering treatment temperament is 500℃ ,the friction moment in the radial direction reaches 33.66% to the general frictional mo- ment,and the general anti-loosing frictional moment of the new-type nut has improved 80. 37% than that of the normal one. The experimental result is close to the theoretical result. It is obvious that the new-type nut has better anti-loosing performance. The study results also show that the relation between the tightening moment and the loosing moment of the new-type theoretically accords with 0.8 times compared with the normal nut.
