摘 要:在通用涡旋型线及其共轭型线研究中,利用平面曲线切向角为参数的曲率半径固有方程及其曲线微分关系得出基于泛函的通用涡旋型线方程,研究了涡旋型线节线及其控制方程,通过涡旋型线控制方程推导得到动静涡旋盘共轭涡旋型线。通过实例推导出动静涡旋盘涡旋型线的共轭型线,研究得出涡旋型线控制方程是生成涡旋压缩机涡旋型线的必要条件而非充分条件,并证明了通用涡旋型线控制方程的必要性。In the study oi general scroll profiles and its conjugation profiles ior scroll compressor, the general scroll profiles equation based on functional analysis was given using the intrinsic equation of curvature radius and curve differential coefficient. The scroll profiles pitch line and controll equation were researched. The conjugation scroll profiles of orbiting and fixed scroll discs were deduced through scroll profile controll equation. The conclusion is that the scroll profile controll equation is the necessary condition to create the scroll profiles for the scroll compressor, not the sufficient condition. While the profiles are just the scroll profiles for scroll compressor, the controll equation can create the conjugation scroll profiles of the orbiting and fixed scroll discs. On the contrary, only knowing scroll profile controll equation, but the profiles do not belong to the scroll profiles for scroll compressor, the scroll profile controll equation can not create the scroll profiles for scroll compressor.
