摘 要:为进一步研究液黏调速器摩擦副油膜流场的动力学特性,研制了一台用于模拟摩擦副油膜流场的实验装置,并设计了相应的实验数据采集系统和油膜厚度闭环控制系统。该装置采用液压系统、变频电机以及旋转液压缸机构,使得主动摩擦片转速和油膜厚度均可调,从而可以对不同转速和油膜厚度条件下的流场进行实验研究。采用该实验装置模拟了一定条件下的油膜流场,并采集了该流场中若干点的压力和温度数据。In order to investigate the dynamics characteristics of flow field between frictional pairs in the hydro-viscous drive(HVD),an experimental rig was designed and manufactured, which was used for simulating the oil film flow field. The corresponding data acquisition system and the closedloop control system for lubricant film thickness were also devised according to the experimental goal. The hydraulic control system, the variable-frequency electrical motor speed regulating system as well as revolving hydraulic cylinder actuator made the initiative friction disk rotational speed and lubricant film thickness adjustable,so as to conduct experimental research on the flow field under different rotational speeds and lubricant film thickness conditions. Finally the oil film flow field under certain condition was simulated by this experimental rig. And several pressure and temperature data of the flow field were collected.
