摘 要:考察了凹凸棒石黏土酸处理浓度、热处理温度和吸附时间等因素对双氯芬酸钠吸附和体外释放性能的影响。结果表明,随凹凸棒石黏土酸处理浓度的增加,双氯芬酸钠的吸附率明显提高,天然凹凸棒石黏土对双氯芬酸钠的吸附率只有19.7%,而采用12mol/L的盐酸处理后,吸附率可达62.4%,但吸附量越高累积溶出度则越低。随凹凸棒石黏土热处理温度的升高,双氯芬酸钠的吸附率先增加后减小,在300℃时吸附率最大,累积溶出度表现出了相似的趋势。随吸附时间的延长,双氯芬酸钠吸附率和累积溶出度在4h后趋于平缓。双氯芬酸钠的释药模式符合Higuchi方程。Effects of the concentration of acid-treated, heated temperature and absorption time on adsorption and in vitro release properties of attapulgite clay for diclofenac sodium were studied. The results showed that the adsorption ratio of acid-activated attapulgite clay for diclofenac sodium increased evidently with the increase of HCl concentration from 0 to 12mol/L. The adsorption ratio of nature attapulgite clay for diclofenac sodium was only 19.7%, however, the attapulgite clay treated with 12mol/L HCl increased to 62.4%. The cumulative dissolution of diclofenac sodium on acid-treated attapulgite clay decreased with the increase of absorption amount. The absorption ratio of heat-treated attapulgite clay for diclofenac sodium increased from 100℃ to 300℃, and then decreased with further increasing heated temperature, and the cumulative dissolution of diclofenac sodium on heat-treated attapulgite clay showed the same tendence. The absorption ratio and cumulative dissolution of diclofenac sodium increased with increasing of absorption time before 4h, and tended to steady after 6h. The in vitro release profile of diclofenac sodium from absorbent product followed Higuchi kinetics.
