摘  要:论述了真空增压铸造技术原理,研究了真空增压铸造技术生产大型复杂薄壁铝合金铸件,结果表明,铸件充型完整,无冷隔和浇不足等缺陷;该方法与传统的重力铸造和真空铸造相比,具有提高合金充型能力、改善铸件致密度和针孔度级别的工艺特性和优点,铸件的强度提高20%~30%,伸长率高出近1倍。真空增压铸造技术适合于质量要求高、复杂程度要求高的铝合金铸件,尤其适合大型复杂薄壁铝合金铸件。The principle of vacuum pressurizing casting technique is presented, and the large-scale complicated and thin-wall Al alloy components are manufactured by the technique. The results showed that the components have perfect filling effect and no such defects as cold shot and misrun, ect. Compared with traditional gravity casting and vacuum casting, vacuum pressurizing casting technique can increase the filling capacity of the alloy and improve the grade of pinhole degree and the density of castings. Also, it can raise strength of the casting by about 20% to 30% and elongation percentage by about double. Therefore the technique is suitable for manufacturing Al alloy castings with high quality and high complexity requirements, especially for large-scale complicated & thin-walled Al alloy castings.
