摘　　要：针对无磁钢铸件严重粘砂的缺陷,采用石灰石砂及特种砂粉涂料相结合的铸造工艺措施,经过大量试验和生产验证,满足了铸造生产的要求,使铸件表面光洁、易清砂,取得了明显的技术经济效果。Point to the serious burn-on defect occurred on the nonmagnetic steel casting surface, a new casting technique was used in which mould-making adopted CO2-cured sodium silicate bonded limestone sand and special sand powder coating. Through a great deal of experiment and validation in practice, it is found that the new technique can meet the requirement of casting production and improve the casting surface finish, easy to clean.
