摘  要:在现场工艺试验的基础上,对固相颗粒直线型振动筛筛网张紧装置进行了结构上的设计与改进,改进后的振动筛采用卷轴式筛网张紧装置与卡瓦锁紧机构,筛网安装调整方便、张紧均匀,产品一次筛分率提高,筛上物中含20~80目成品显著降低,限上率达到了标准,较大幅度提高了筛网及轴承寿命。The sieve mesh tension device of the linear vibrating screen for solid pellet is designed and improved based on the field process test. The pony roll type screen stretching device and slip locking mechanism are applied to the new vibrating screen. Consequently, the sieve mesh is of convenience for installation and adjustment and its tension is uniform, which raises the one-time sieving rate and remarkably reduces the quantities of final products that containing from 20 to 80 meshes. The oversize rate meets the standard and the life of the sieving mesh and bears are enhanced greatly.
