摘　　要：针对校园网网络拥塞问题,提出一种用网络计费手段来调控计算机开放实验室的网络流量,改善校园网通信性能的方法。设计一个用网络流量监视机采集数据方式的网络计费管理系统,并着重介绍网络计费软件的实现及其关键技术——DLPI网络编程接口。Aiming at campus network congestion problems, proposes a method that balances network traffic of the open computer lab and improves the campus network performance by the network accounting. Designs a network accounting management system based on data acquisition modes with a network traffic monitor, introduces the realization of network accounting software and its key technology-DLPI network programming interface.
