气相色谱法测定双灵油中水杨酸甲酯的含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定双灵油制剂中水杨酸甲酯含量的方法。方法采用气相色谱法内标法，色谱柱：聚乙二醇（PEG）-20M填充柱（涂布质量浓度为10％）；内标物：联苯；检测器：FID检测器，柱温：160℃；进样器温度：190℃；检测器温度：190℃。结果水杨酸甲酯在0．5—50mg／mL质量浓度范围内线性关系良好；平均回收率为101．1％，RSD为0．51％（n=6）。结论本方法简便、准确，可用于双灵油制剂中水杨酸甲酯含量测定。Objective To establish a method for determining the content of methyl salicylate in Shuangling oil. Method Gas chromatography was used to analyze the sample by using 10% PEG-20 M column. Biphenyl was used as the internal standard. The detector was FID. Column temperature was 160 ℃ and detector temperature 190 ℃. Result A good linearity was obtained over the range of 0.5 - 50 mg/mL （ r = 0.9999）. The average recovery was 101.1% with RSD 0.51% （ n = 6 ） o Conclusion The method is accurate and sample, which could be used for measuring the content of methyl salicylate in Shuangling oil.
