摘　　要：目的调查近年我院围手术期预防使用抗菌药物的情况及变化趋势，加强围手术期抗菌药物的合理使用。方法抽取2005—2007年Ⅰ、Ⅱ类切口手术病历100份／月，填写预防性使用抗菌药物调查表，进行统计分析，探讨用药合理性。结果2007年围手术期预防用药合理率14．3％，基本合理率39．2％，高于2005、2006年的用药合理率、基本合理率，其中给药时机、持续时间、给药间隔合理率上升幅度较大，而预防用药指征判定、抗菌药物选择合理率上升幅度较小；2007年用药不合理率46．5％。结论我院围手术期抗菌药物预防使用取得一些进步，但总体合理用药水平仍不高。Objective To analyze the perioperative antibiotics prophylaxis in Dongguan People＇s Hospital. Methods Clean and cleancontaminated surgical eases were selected by 100 eases per month from January 2005 to December 2007, analysis was conducted. Results The rational ratios of perioperative antibiotic prophylaxis, timing of the first dose of antibiotics, duration of antibiotic prophylaxis, and dosing interval, etc. , are higher in 2007 than those in 2005 and 2006. The rational ratios of antibiotics selection and medical indications have a little variation. Conclusion The rational ratios of perioperative antibiotic prophylaxis are promoted, but the general level is low.
