摘　　要：通过实验分析了辊拔合金钢棒材的优缺点及其变形特点、运动学特点和力参数。指出辊模拔制合金钢棒材比辊模拔丝更能发挥其优越性，并提出了辊模和固定模串联组合的新工艺。From the experiments of drawing alloy steel rods with roller dies the conclusions have been drawn with analysis of its deformation ,kinematics characterestics and force parameters. It is pointed out that roller dies are more suitable for drawing alloy steel rods than for drawing wire and thread. A new technology using the roller dies and the conventional drawing dies in series is proposed.
