摘　　要：位于西秦岭南亚带寒武系硅岩建造中的金矿床,是我国迄今仅见的与海底喷流作用有关的层控金矿床。通过室内外大量的工作后,作者认为,就该类矿床产出的主岩性质、矿物组合、元素组合及成矿机制等,均与其它类型的金矿床相区别,并系统总结了喷流型层控金矿床的找矿标志。: The gold deposits , occurring in the south subzone of western Qinling, existed in the Cambrian silicalite formation . They are the only typical and important stratabound gold deposits closely associated with submarine exhalative sedimentation. As compared with other type gold deposits there are a lot of differences in host rocks .element paragensis,mineral paragensis and melallogenic mechanism. Finally , the authors summarize the prospectign marks of exhalalive type stralabound gold deposits.
