中关村高新技术企业股权激励的调查与评价

摘　　要：文章通过对中关村高新技术企业的调查与分析,发现大多数被调查者对现有激励方式不太满意,有意尝试先进的激励方式如股票期权;被调查者认为中关村的高技术公司产权清晰、民营的特点使得股权激励的实施具有可行性,而且对于目前亟待解决的问题会有帮助,但也存在障碍,如激励方案设计过于复杂等。Through the surveys of High-Tech Enterprises in Zhongguancun, we found that the respondents are dissatisfied with the existing incentive manners and intend to try some advanced ones such as stock option. The respondents deem that it＇s feasible to put stock-based Incentive into practice in the High-Tech Enterprises in Zhongguancun because the property rights are characterized as clearly-established and private ownership, so they think that it will be helpful for the urgent problems resolved though there are still some hindrances such as the too complex to form a incentive plan.
