摘　　要：阐述了慢性肾衰竭病人低蛋白饮食的作用及存在的问题,提出从提高病人的依从性、阻力训练、保证低蛋白饮食的安全剂量方面避免低蛋白饮食的副反应。It expounded the effect of low protein diet for patients with chronic renal failure and problems existed in it. It put forward how to avoid side effects of low protein diet from aspects of enhancing the compliance of patients, resistance training, and ensuring the safety dosage of low protein diet.
