摘　　要：西北工业大学通过广泛调研和深入研讨,总结工作经验,结合学校实际,就如何解决仪器设备开放共享问题,提出了建立经费投入新机制、加强公共资源平台建设、设立开放基金、建立效益考核评价体系和奖惩机制、与实验技术队伍形成互动发展等一整套创新的思路。In terms of how to solve such issue, and based upon the investigation and discussion, and the school reality, the university NPU has proposed a series of new strategies such as establishing the mechanism of funds input, strengthening the platform construction of public resource, setting up the open fund, and the benefit inspection appraisal system and rewards and punishments system, with a view to accelerating the interactive development with the laboratory technician team.
