摘　　要：慈海桥摩天轮转盘采用的是纯轮辐索式柔性结构。其施工没有经验可借鉴,安装过程中转盘结构刚度较小,摩天轮的稳定性和安装精度较难保证。采用竖向分瓣单向旋转法安装110m直径柔性索结构摩天轮转盘,介绍了分段安装转盘钢箍结构、分级张拉钢索、索力调整以及转盘跳动公差的校正等施工过程。通过合理的安装和监测工艺,保证了施工的顺利进行。Pure spoke cable type flexible structure is used in rotary-table of Cihai Bridge giant wheel. It is difficult to guarantee giant wheels stability and installation precision. Rotary-cable of giant wheel is installed by vertical sectional unidirectional rotation method. Steel hoop of rotary-table is installed in many sections, and steel cables are tensioned in multi-grades. Cable force and rotary-tables flop tolerance are adjusted according to design requirements. The whole construction process is introduced in this paper, and smooth construction is ensured by reasonable installation and monitoring technologies.
