皮瓣在足部创面修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨多种皮瓣在足部组织缺损修复中的临床应用。方法分别采用游离足背皮瓣3例,岛状足背皮瓣11例,足底内侧岛状瓣5例,腓肠神经营养血管逆行岛状皮瓣7例,局部随意皮瓣2例,修复21位患者足部的缺损。结果除2例足背动脉岛状皮瓣,1例足背游离皮瓣远端部分坏死外,其余均完全成活。结论针对伤情,合理选择供区,才能获得满意的皮瓣修复效果。Objective To explore the clinical application of different types of skin flap in repairing deep tissue defeats of foot. Methods 21 patients with foot soft tissue defects were treated with different types of skin flaps transplant. Which includes free dorsalis pedis flap in 3 cases, domumpedicle island flap in 11 cases, island flap on inside of the foot bottom in 5 cases, reversed island flaps on nutritional sural nerve in 7 cases, and local free flaps in 2cases. Results Except 2 cases with dorsumpediele island flap and 1 case with free dorsalis pedis flap distal partially necrosis, All other cases were completely survived. Conclusion The skin flap transplant in repairing can only achieve satisfactory result by elect proper donor sites according to the defected wounds.
