摘 要:随着电网互联进程的推进,电网支路运行经常逼近输电能力极限,导致电网脆弱性问题越来越突出。文中从能量函数的观点出发,构建了支路势能函数模型,在此基础上提出了支路脆弱性评估指标,以此计算各支路当前输送值偏离初始值的距离,确定系统的脆弱区。在IEEE30母线系统中通过多种系统事件下的仿真结果及与最优潮流计算结果的对比,证明了该方法在评估电力系统脆弱性时的有效性和可行性,可望用于系统的在线安全监测。With the interconnection of power systems, the transmission capability of branch often approaches the operation limits, so the branch vulnerability problems are becoming more and more serious. Based on the energy function theory, branch potential energy function model is constructed. And then, the assessment index of branch vulnerability is proposed to compute the distance between the current transmitted power and initial transmitted power, and identify the vulnerable areas, the simulations results on IEEE-30 bus system and the comparing results with security constrained optimal power flow (SCOPF) show the efficiency of the proposed method. The proposed approach is promising to be applied in on-line security monitoring of power systems.
